The Refugee Immigration Ministry (RIM) is holding its first annual Refugee Week Walk around Lake Quannapowitt in Wakefield at 10 am on June 29 to raise funds to help refugees, asylum seekers and asylees who live in Eastern Massachusetts.

Each week, we open our space to community groups for meetings, classes, concerts and performances, and we are home to a pre-school and a homeless shelter. We further support our community by giving away 10% of our annual income to groups working to make the world more just and by committing to sustainable, earth-friendly practices in our building and community.
