Tuesdays Together in Lent

Join us for our five weekly Tuesdays Together in Lent, beginning Tuesday, February 20, and continuing through March 20, the Tuesday before Holy Week.

These will be prayerful times centered on the season of Lent and the closeness of our community centered in Jesus. They will also be a time to relax, replenish, and be together as family. After the meal together, there will be childcare, and the kids will have a Lenten activity along with time to play and hang out together.

Our meals will be pot-luck, with a main dish prepared in our kitchen by volunteers. This will be a wonderful opportunity for us to gather together, support one another, have time to restore our spirits, and just have fun! Lindsay Chapel will be open, offering a warm and sacred space for all who would like to take a few moments for quiet reflection.

A Few Words About How You Can Help By Volunteering for Tuesdays Together: This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know people and have some extra fun without making a long-term commitment. If you want to help cook or set up food, help with children, or have always thought a little table waiting and clean up would be easy and fun, this is your chance. It is all simple and enjoyable in our new kitchen!

Stay tuned for more information from the Christian Formation Committee and for ways that you can help if you would like to volunteer. Plan to come, bring a friend, and maybe help out with a meal.
