Your privacy is very important to us. Accordingly, we have developed this Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate and disclose and make use of personal information. The following outlines our privacy policy with specific regard to the Members' Area of our website.

We will not, at any time, sell or share your information with third parties.

We will collect personal information by lawful and fair means and, where appropriate, with the knowledge or consent of the individual concerned.

We will use personal information solely for use within our church community's and will use that information solely for the purpose intended by the individual concerned, except as required by law.

We will post personal information about minors solely by the permission of their parents or guardians. Photos of minors will be used solely by permission of their parents or guardians as specified in a photo release form, which states that names of minors are never attached to images.

Examples of use of the members' only website within our church community include but are not limited to the sharing of prayer requests, the sharing of event announcements, blog entries, committee collaboration, and the sharing of contact information with other members of the community. At any time, an individual may request that prayer requests or contact information related to her/him be removed from the website.

We will only retain personal information as long as necessary for the fulfillment of these purposes.
