Join church leaders for an important after-worship conversation about our church’s finances and future staffing plans. Given Covid, we’re just now coming through a highly unusual stretch, in terms of our demands and opportunities related to our staff and budget. We are now needing a clear-eyed assessment and realignment of where we are and where we are going in our ministry.
