Please join us for our final book before we break for the summer. Because we were unanimously intrigued by Claire Keegan’s writing, we have decided to read her novella next. Foster is the story of a small girl sent to live with foster parents on a farm in rural Ireland without knowing when she will return home. The unfamiliar kindness she experiences is tempered by an uncertainty about her future. We hope you will be able to join us.
