City of Cambridge Vaccine Survey

As you know, vaccinations against COVID-19 are underway. The City of Cambridge and Cambridge Public Health Department are currently engaged in an assessment to understand how Cambridge residents feel about the COVID-19 vaccine, as well as the kind of information they need and how the City can reach them to address their questions and any concerns they may have.

As part of this effort, The City is launching a survey of Cambridge residents in multiple languages and asking for our help in disseminating the survey links to First Church folks who reside in Cambridge.

As the survey information is vital to the City’s planning efforts, we are hoping that Cambridge folks will take a few moments to provide their answers via the survey.  The survey will remain open through Friday, February 26, 2021.
