Ecclesiastical Council for Jaz Buchanan on April 9

An Ecclesiastical Council (EC) is the final step in the process leading to ordination in the United Church of Christ. The EC for First Church’s former Pastoral Associate Jaz Buchanan is taking place on Tuesday, April 9, at 7:00 p.m., and you are invited to bear witness to her accomplishments. This gathering is a time to hear Jaz present her theological reflections and take questions from member churches in our geographic association of the Southern New England Conference of the United Church of Christ.
