First Church Shelter presents the 2022 Doris Beauvais Luncheon and Mitch Snyder Awards

The Shelter Oversight Committee hopes you will make time to attend this year’s Doris Beauvais Luncheon on Sunday, October 30, at 12:30 p.m.
The event commemorates and recommends the leadership and example of the late Doris Beauvais, a First Church member who, 35 years ago, played a crucial role in the First Church community’s decision to open and support a shelter for homeless adults. The luncheon will be free; donations to support First Church Homeless Ministries will be gratefully accepted.
The 2022 Mitch Snyder Awards will also be presented. This year’s recipients include:

- Kim Powers, Access Hope
- Mary Wheeler, Healthy Streets, Lynn
- Joe Freitas, First Church Shelter
- Nikki Bell, Living in Freedom Together, Worcester
