Updates and Announcements


1) Medical 125 forms for 2022 are available. This can save you about 30% for any out of pocket medical expenses such as co-pays, prescriptions, and some over-the-counter purchases. Please email your completed form to Lexi or Karen by December 31.

2) If you are eligible for our Health Connector Plan, please re-enroll or waive coverage for 2022 by December 20. If you’re on our health plan, have you completed your ConnectWell activity for this year? See this ConnectWell-Employee-Flyer for more information.

3) Please verify that your mailing address on your paystub is correct. W-2s will be mailed in early January.
